Bavafil® Olefin Red is a modern, high-performance olefin compound filament specifically designed for applications where weight, strength, and durability are crucial. With a weight reduction of approximately 30% compared to PLA, it is ideal for lightweight construction – whether in model making, drones, RC vehicles, or technical prototypes.

Thanks to its high impact resistance and flexibility, the material withstands even intense mechanical stress while retaining its shape and stability. Its excellent chemical resistance and minimal moisture absorption allow for use both indoors and outdoors.

The intense red color of Bavafil® Olefin Red ensures that your components immediately catch the eye – ideal for eye-catching enclosures, functional models, design objects, or safety-relevant markings. The rich color remains stable and vibrant even after prolonged use.

The filament is best processed at a temperature of 225–245 °C. For particularly uniform printing results, a printing speed of 60 mm/s and a heated bed temperature between 85 and 90 °C are recommended.
