Bavafil® Olefin Yellow is based on a specially developed olefin compound known for its exceptional robustness and extremely low weight. With a weight saving of approximately 30% compared to conventional PLA, this filament is ideal for lightweight construction projects, RC models, drones, or functional prototypes.

Thanks to its high impact strength and flexibility, Bavafil® Olefin Yellow withstands even severe mechanical stress. At the same time, it remains resistant to moisture and a wide range of chemicals, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The bright yellow color gives printed parts a fresh, eye-catching look and makes them ideal for applications where good visibility is desired – be it in the fields of safety, design, or engineering. Even after prolonged use, the material retains its intense color.

A printing temperature between 225 and 245 °C and a heated bed temperature of 85–90 °C are recommended. A printing speed of approximately 60 mm/s is suitable for particularly uniform results. The filament impresses with very good layer adhesion and precise printing properties – ideal even for complex geometries.
