With Bavafil® Olefin Green, you get a modern filament based on a specially developed olefin compound. Compared to conventional PLA, it is around 30% lighter and therefore ideally suited for lightweight applications such as RC models, drones, housings, or functional prototypes.

The high impact strength and flexibility make Bavafil® Olefin Green particularly robust against mechanical stress. At the same time, its excellent chemical resistance and minimal water absorption effectively protect the material in harsh environmental conditions – both indoors and outdoors.

The rich green color brings freshness and vitality to your projects. It is perfectly suited for design objects, outdoor elements, technical applications, or safety-relevant components where a striking yet natural look is required.

For best results, a printing temperature between 225 and 245 °C is recommended, combined with a heated bed temperature of 85–90 °C. Precise printability and excellent layer adhesion enable highly detailed and stable results, even with complex geometries.
