PETG + PTFE Filament Black, 1.75mm 750g

Fiberlogy PETG+PTFE Black is a technical 3D printing filament that combines the proven properties of PETG with tribological advantages. The 10% PTFE (Teflon) content results in a material with exceptionally low friction and increased wear resistance. This makes the filament ideal for components subject to sliding movements or continuous mechanical stress.

The black color provides a classic, technical look and is frequently used for functional components, machine parts, or prototypes. Printed parts appear high-quality and uniform, and blend well visually with mechanical assemblies or technical designs.

Thanks to the combination of PETG and PTFE, this material can be used to manufacture components such as gears, guides, plain bearings, and moving mechanical parts. The reduced friction can increase the service life of the parts and ensures smoother operation of moving elements. At the same time, the impact resistance and chemical resistance typical of PETG are retained.

Fiberlogy PETG+PTFE is temperature-resistant up to approximately 70 °C and is therefore suitable for many functional applications in technical environments. Its low shrinkage and high dimensional stability enable precise printing – even with complex geometries.

Despite its technical properties, the filament remains easy to process. It combines the straightforward printability of PETG with improved sliding properties and is therefore suitable for both functional prototypes and durable mechanical components in 3D printing.
