PETG + PTFE Filament Natural, 1.75mm 750g

Fiberlogy PETG+PTFE Natural is a technical 3D printing filament that combines the proven printability of PETG with tribological properties. The 10% PTFE (Teflon) content results in a material with exceptionally low friction and high wear resistance. This makes the filament ideal for functional components with moving or sliding elements.

The Natural variant has a slightly translucent, natural-colored appearance and displays the typical color of the base material. This neutral appearance is particularly suitable for technical prototypes, functional components, or applications where the material structure should remain visible.

Thanks to the combination of PETG and PTFE, components with improved sliding properties can be manufactured. Typical applications include gears, plain bearings, guides, and other mechanical components subjected to low to medium loads. The reduced friction ensures smooth operation and can extend the service life of moving parts.

The material is temperature-resistant up to approximately 70 °C and offers the well-known advantages of PETG: good impact strength, chemical resistance, and reliable layer adhesion. Its low shrinkage and high dimensional stability allow for the precise printing of even complex models.
