Fiberlogy PETG V0 Natural is a special 3D printing filament from the FR (Flame Retardant) material class, developed for applications with increased safety requirements. The material exhibits UL94 V0 fire behavior and self-extinguishes within a short time after contact with an open flame. This makes it particularly suitable for functional components where fire protection is crucial.
The Natural variant has a slightly transparent, natural-colored appearance, giving the material a technical and authentic character. Printed components appear neutral and functional, making this filament particularly well-suited for electronic housings, technical components, or industrial applications. The subtle color effect is ideal for functional projects where the material properties are paramount.
Despite its flame-retardant properties, Fiberlogy PETG V0 retains the typical advantages of PETG. The filament can be reliably processed on many FDM 3D printers and requires neither an enclosed build chamber nor a special nozzle. At the same time, the material ensures good mechanical strength, stable layer adhesion, and low shrinkage, resulting in precise and dimensionally stable printed parts.
Since PETG V0 is hygroscopic, the filament should be thoroughly dried before printing to ensure optimal print quality. Fiberlogy PETG V0 Natural is ideal for electronic enclosures, covers, components for vehicles and machinery, as well as for functional prototypes or industrial projects where increased fire safety requirements must be met.
Note: The material exhibits a fire behavior according to UL94 V0, but is not certified by Underwriters Laboratories and does not have a UL number.
