Fiberlogy PETG V0 Gray, 1.75mm 850g

Fiberlogy PETG V0 Grey is a special 3D printing filament from the FR (Flame Retardant) material class, developed for applications with increased safety requirements. The material exhibits a UL94 V0 fire rating and self-extinguishes within a short time after contact with an open flame. This makes it particularly suitable for technical printed parts where fire protection and functional safety are paramount.

The grey color variant has a technical, neutral, and professional look. Printed components achieve a uniform surface and a calm, industrial appearance. This makes the filament particularly well-suited for electronic housings, covers, machine components, or functional prototypes where an unobtrusive and technical-looking color scheme is desired.

Despite its flame-retardant properties, Fiberlogy PETG V0 retains the typical advantages of PETG. The filament can be reliably processed on many FDM 3D printers and requires neither an enclosed build chamber nor a special nozzle. At the same time, the material impresses with good mechanical strength, stable layer adhesion, and low shrinkage, resulting in precise and dimensionally stable printed parts.

Since PETG V0 is hygroscopic, the filament should be thoroughly dried before printing to ensure optimal print quality. Fiberlogy PETG V0 Grey is ideal for electronic enclosures, covers, components for vehicles and machinery, as well as for functional prototypes or industrial applications where increased fire safety requirements must be met.
