Fiberlogy Nylon PA12+GF Light Green is a premium PA12 filament reinforced with 15% glass fibre for demanding functional and mechanically stressed 3D printed parts. It combines high strength, excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and heat resistance up to approximately 170°C, depending on the load.

The glass fibre reinforcement increases stiffness and reduces shrinkage. Compared with carbon-fibre-reinforced nylon, PA12+GF offers greater flexibility, making it suitable for parts exposed to impacts, vibrations and changing loads. The Light Green colour helps technical components stand out.

Benefits of Fiberlogy Nylon PA12+GF

  • 15% glass fibre: improved stiffness and mechanical performance.
  • Heat resistance: up to approximately 170°C depending on load.
  • Excellent impact resistance: for functional components.
  • Dimensional stability: reduced shrinkage and accurate prints.
  • Chemical and abrasion resistance: suitable for technical applications.
  • Lower moisture absorption: PA12 absorbs less moisture than PA6.
  • Light Green: clearly visible technical parts.

Typical applications

  • Functional prototypes and mechanical parts
  • Machine components, brackets and housings
  • Automotive and model-making components
  • Parts exposed to impacts or abrasion
  • Technical fixtures and assembly aids
  • Parts requiring heat resistance and dimensional accuracy

Printing recommendations

Glass fibres are abrasive. Use a hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle; standard brass nozzles wear much faster. For optimal results, dry the filament at 80°C for approximately four hours before printing and keep it dry during processing.

Fiberlogy Nylon PA12+GF Light Green is a durable glass-fibre-reinforced nylon filament for challenging technical 3D printing projects.
