Nobufil PCx CF Black, 1 kg 1.75 mm

Nobufil PCx CF in Black is a high-performance, high-end filament for demanding technical applications. The deep black color combined with the matte surface ensures a high-quality, professional appearance and significantly reduces visible layer lines.

Manufactured in Europe from recycled industrial production waste, this material combines sustainability with maximum performance. The addition of 10% recycled carbon fibers significantly improves stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability while reducing shrinkage. This results in precise, dimensionally stable components even with complex geometries.

PCx CF is based on a modified polycarbonate blend and offers exceptionally high temperature resistance of over 110 °C. In addition, the material boasts very good chemical resistance and high mechanical strength. This makes it ideal for functional structural parts, housings, fan components, or components in mechanical engineering.

Despite its technical properties, the filament remains surprisingly easy to process. It has a low tendency to warp, is almost odorless, and can be printed on many common desktop 3D printers even without an enclosed build chamber. For optimal results, a hardened nozzle is recommended.
