Magigoo 3D Adhesive Stick Pro for PP, 50ml

Magigoo PP has been specially developed for professional use and is optimally adapted for printing with polypropylene (PP) filaments. It ensures reliable adhesion during printing and at the same time allows for easy removal of the component after cooling. Residues can be effortlessly removed when applied correctly.

Polypropylene is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high impact strength and good flexibility. Due to its chemically resistant and non-polar structure, PP is particularly popular for applications such as food packaging or medical components. At the same time, this very property makes the material challenging in 3D printing, as it adheres poorly to printing surfaces. Magigoo PP was developed precisely for this problem and offers a reliable solution for clean and stable printing results.

Application is simple and efficient: Shake the bottle well, press the applicator onto the print bed and spread evenly over the desired area. Then print according to the recommendations of the filament or printer manufacturer. After printing, the component should cool completely before removal. In most cases, it will then detach much more easily. If necessary, a spatula can assist.

For cleaning, a damp, firm sponge is sufficient. The adhesive layer will turn white and can be easily removed. Afterwards, the surface can be wiped clean with a cloth.

Tips for optimal results:
- For large prints, a brim of approx. 20 mm with several lines is recommended
- If adhesion is too strong, a little water can be added under the component to facilitate removal
