The DSPIAE AS-25PPRD red aluminium sanding block is specially designed for accurate sanding of 90-degree inside corners, sharp edges and right-angle transitions on models and 3D prints. Its rigid profile supports the abrasive paper and helps preserve precise geometry.
Precise sanding of right-angled inside corners
Ordinary sanding blocks often cannot reach narrow interior angles, while flexible sponges can round edges. The right-angle profile makes it easier to work on housings, frames, Gundam model kits, resin parts and technical 3D prints.
How to use the sanding block
The aluminium sanding block is a reusable holder and has no abrasive coating of its own.
- Choose the required grit of self-adhesive sandpaper.
- Cut narrow strips to fit the working faces of the 90° profile.
- Remove the backing and apply the paper without wrinkles.
- Sand gently along the inside corner with even pressure.
- Change to finer grit for the final finish.
Ideal for scale modelling, Gundam kits, RC models, resin miniatures and 3D printing.
