Bavaflex TPU 98A Dark Blue 750g 1.75mm

The Bavaflex TPU 98A in dark blue impresses with its combination of high mechanical strength and a subtle, professional color. With a Shore hardness of 98A, it is among the most dimensionally stable materials in the Bavaria Filaments TPU series and is ideal for technical applications where functionality and a discreet appearance are essential.

Thanks to its thermoplastic polyurethane base, this filament offers excellent abrasion resistance, strong layer adhesion, and high impact strength. The elegant dark blue color also provides a high-quality finish – making it particularly suitable for industrial prototypes, visible machine parts, or technical components in professional applications. A printing speed of 40–60 mm/s is recommended. The filament adheres exceptionally well to cold print beds; a heated bed at 60–80 °C can also be used.
