Bavaflex TPU 80A White is the ideal choice for anyone who wants to combine maximum flexibility with a bright, clean appearance in 3D printing. With a Shore hardness of 80A, it is one of the softest TPU filaments in the range and is particularly suitable for highly stretchable, rubber-like printed parts with high resilience.

The light color makes surface textures particularly visible – ideal for design parts, flexible prototypes, technical seals, or shock-absorbing components. The ether-TPU base makes the filament especially resistant to moisture and durable over long periods. It adheres reliably even to cold print beds; a heated bed at 60-80°C is also suitable.

This can further improve print quality. A speed of 20-40 mm/s is recommended for consistent print results.
