Starlex DHB brass nozzle, 0.6 mm D3x27.5

The Starlex DHB brass nozzle 0.6 mm D3×27.5 is the ideal choice for high flow rates and fast prints. The larger orifice allows for significantly higher material delivery and ensures robust, consistent print images – ideal for functional parts, large models, and high layer heights.

Made from high-quality brass, the nozzle impresses with optimal heat transfer and a stable filament flow. Thanks to the Starlex system, the nozzle can be changed without tools – quickly, easily, and safely, without damaging the hotend. The extended DHB design (27.5 mm) also ensures a stable melt zone and consistent extrusion, even at high printing speeds.

Important:

This brass nozzle is not suitable for abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal, glow-in-the-dark, or wood filaments. For abrasive materials, Swiss3Dc strongly recommends the use of hardened DHB nozzles (HSS or HSS+C) to avoid wear and loss of quality.
