This deep black, carbon fiber-reinforced PCTG filament was specially developed for demanding applications where maximum stability, impact resistance, and a professional appearance are essential. The matte, slightly textured surface provides a sophisticated finish while concealing minor imperfections – ideal for technical components, functional prototypes, and series production parts.

PCTG (Polycyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a copolyester-based plastic characterized by high impact strength and excellent processability. The addition of carbon fibers further stiffens the material, increasing its temperature resistance and stability. It is ideally suited for mechanically stressed components that must remain dimensionally stable and dimensionally accurate – even at elevated ambient temperatures or under dynamic loads.

The filament is made from recycled industrial waste and manufactured in Austria under strict production standards. Thanks to its uniform diameter, low warping, and reduced odor, it can also be used without problems on open FFF 3D printers.
