The Bavaflex TPU 98A filament in white combines outstanding durability with high dimensional stability, offering you the hardest material in our flexible TPU series. With a Shore hardness of 98A, it is comparable to hard rubber rollers, such as those used in robust furniture casters. The elegant white color allows you to produce technically sophisticated components with a clean and professional appearance.

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) ideally combines flexibility with exceptional robustness and impact resistance. It boasts excellent abrasion resistance and very good layer adhesion. For optimal printing results, we recommend a moderate printing speed between 40 and 60 mm/s. The material adheres excellently to cold print beds; optionally, a heated print bed at temperatures of 60 to 80°C further improves printing performance.
