The Bavaflex TPU 98A filament in black offers you the hardest and most dimensionally stable material in our flexible TPU filament series. With a Shore hardness of 98A, it is similar to hard rubber rollers, such as those found on furniture casters. This material is ideally suited for objects that require both flexibility and dimensional stability.

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is characterized by its unique combination of flexibility and robustness. It boasts high abrasion resistance and outstanding impact strength, making it ideally suited for components subjected to technical and mechanical stress. For optimal printing results, we recommend a moderate printing speed of approximately 40 to 60 mm/s and an optional print bed temperature between 60 and 80°C. Thanks to its excellent adhesion properties, Bavaflex TPU 98A can also be used without problems on a cold print bed.
