The Bavaflex TPU 98A in red combines technical performance with a striking, high-visibility color. With a Shore hardness of 98A, it is among the most dimensionally stable TPU filaments in the range and is ideally suited for applications where mechanical stress and visibility play a crucial role – for example, in mechanical engineering, safety-relevant areas, or in the sports and leisure sector.

Thanks to its thermoplastic polyurethane base, the material boasts high abrasion resistance, impact strength, and excellent layer adhesion. The vibrant red color not only ensures high visibility but also makes even the smallest details clearly visible. For optimal printing results, a print speed of 40-60 mm/s is recommended; the filament adheres excellently even to cold print beds, and a heated bed (60-80°C) can further enhance adhesion.
