Bavaflex TPU 92A Natural is a versatile, semi-transparent filament particularly well-suited for flexible applications with high optical requirements. With a Shore hardness of 92A, it falls within the optimal range for elastic components that must be both dimensionally stable and durable. Thanks to its natural, dye-free color, details, wall thicknesses, and structures are exceptionally clear, making it ideal for functional testing, technical trials, or serial production in visible areas.

Based on thermoplastic polyurethane, this material boasts excellent printing properties: it is impact-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and offers outstanding layer adhesion. Printing is easily achieved even on a cold bed; alternatively, a heated bed (60–80 °C) improves process reliability. This material is particularly well-suited for flexible coupling elements, transparent seals, and flexible housing components in technical applications.
