The Bavaflex TPU 80A in test grey is an exceptionally soft, rubber-like filament with a Shore hardness of 80A. It was specifically developed for test prints, calibration models, and functional prototypes where maximum flexibility and good visibility of details are required. The neutral grey color facilitates the assessment of surface finishes, wall thicknesses, and structural behavior.

Based on Ether-TPU, this material is moisture-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and offers excellent resilience. It is ideal for shock-absorbing components, flexible connectors, or realistic motion studies in prototyping. A print speed of 20-40 mm/s is recommended for optimal printing results. The filament adheres well to cold print beds; a heated bed (60-80 °C) can further improve the process.
