Bavaflex TPU 80A in black is our exceptionally soft TPU filament, characterized by its very high flexibility and rubber-like elasticity. With a Shore hardness of 80A, it is ideally suited for applications requiring maximum elongation and resilience, such as vibration-damping elements, flexible seals, dampers, or protective covers.

The filament is based on Ether-TPU, making it particularly moisture-resistant and durable. Its excellent adhesion to cold print beds makes it easy to use; a heated print bed (60-80°C) can be used optionally. A print speed of 20-40 mm/s is recommended to ensure consistent extrusion with high elasticity.

The neutral black color ensures an inconspicuous look, perfect for everyday use, in technology or for heavily used functional parts with a flexible character.
