With the Bavaflex TPU 65A filament in black, you get the softest and most flexible material in our TPU series. This filament is ideal for applications requiring maximum elasticity and flexibility. Thanks to its Shore hardness of 65A, it has the elasticity of a classic rubber band, making it perfect for particularly stretchy and durable parts.

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) combines the best properties of rubber and plastic: It is extremely flexible, exceptionally robust, and exhibits excellent abrasion resistance. For best results, TPU should be printed slowly and evenly, ideally at a print speed of approximately 30 to 50 mm/s. A heated print bed is optional, as the filament also offers excellent adhesion on cold print beds. To optimize adhesion, a print bed temperature of 60 to 80°C is recommended. The material provides excellent layer adhesion, resulting in extremely durable and long-lasting printed parts.
