Bavafil ASA Black is a high-performance technical filament with excellent UV and weather resistance. Compared to ABS, ASA offers significantly better color stability during long-term outdoor use. The material can be processed into particularly robust, dimensionally stable, and impact-resistant parts using a printing temperature of 245–270 °C and a heated bed (90–115 °C). The matte surface provides a professional finish without visible layers.
Typical applications include housings, technical prototypes, and components that must withstand wind and weather. Due to its high dimensional stability, ASA is ideally suited for precision functional parts. Manufactured in Europe under strict quality controls – for maximum reliability in printing.
